Drink lemon water before breakfast every morning. It clears your skin, helps you lose weight, helps digestion, improves organ function, and much more!

Drink fruit infused water. It's so fun to mix up combination! Fruit infused water flushes away fat and makes your whole body feel cleaner.

Eat salad! Salad doesn't have to be boring, it's what you put in it! Chop up a salad with Apple bits and walnuts, or a salad with fresh chicken (or tofu), raspberries, and cucumbers! Always healthier without dressing so add in your favorite fruits and vegetables in place of dressing.

Eat cayenne pepper with some meals. One tablespoon of peanut butter mixed with one tsp of cayenne pepper per day will make the fat melt off in a snap!

Try a 30 day vegan and Paleo challenge and clear the junk from your system! You'll save the environment and look great and save animals!

Don't buy premade food. Cook as much as possible. Meat is much more expensive than fruits and vegetables so try to cut out meat and dairy. I made a delicious eggplant parm (I did use cheese but it tastes great without) and if you want the recipe for that just comment down below. Cook with vegetables. Save animals lives!

Take your vitamins!!!!!!!! They will keep you healthy and fill u in on any nutrition u might have missed!
