Healthy Alternative To Potato Chips!

Who doesn't love potato chips?! Try a healthier alternative by using kale. You still get the crunch with a tad of sea salt to satisfy your craving.

Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables on the planet! Get a bunch of kale from your local grocery store ( I like organic the best). wash kale thoroughly. Then rip the leaves off of the kale and put on a olive oil drizzled cookie sheet. Then drizzle just a bit more oil over your kale and sprinkle a teaspoon or so of sea salt. Bake for 10 minutes until kale is crunchy at 350 degrees.

Kale is loaded with antioxidants that can lower cholesterol, reduce the risk of heart disease and some types of cancers. Kale is loaded with so many vitamins and minerals. Enjoy your healthy alternative to a salty potato chip! They are delicious.
