If you want healthy hair, the natural way, I challenge you to do all these things I say on the next few slides in one week... You'll see the difference it will make. Small things = big changes.

Allow heat sprays time to soak in. I recommend letting it soak in for at least 5 minutes.

May take longer to dry but use your hair dryer on medium heat. Heat is so damaging I don't think we notice.

When you're washing your hair, lower the heat of the water! Every little helps.

Double your usual water intake, if you never water, just have one glass. You will notice the difference. HYDRATION IS KEY.
