Healthy Ingredient Substitute!

Applesauce is a great and healthy substitute for oil or butter when making baked goods that are bready and fluffy! Just use a one to one swap. Ex: 1 cup of applesauce for 1 cup of oil! The only difference is that it tastes sweeter and softer than original recipe.
But beware! Don't use in cookies if you want that flat texture! Unless you like bready, cakey cookies I advise against it!

This cuts A LOT of calories and fat without cutting the great taste!
