A bowl of oatmeal is a great healthy breakfast to start off the day! π

You know what they all say. "An apple a day will keep the doctor away!" Sure it may be a myth but apples are very healthy and cleanses your insides. Apples give lots of energy as well. Eating one Apple per day would be a great way to start the day.

A glass of orange juice every morning is great. Very healthy for the bodily fluids

I drink a glass of Sunny D every morning. Sunny D will give lots of vitamins and tis a great way to keep colds away from you


A rap for lunch would be pretty good. That way you're boosting your energy and eating something that taste good and makes you feel good.

Salad would be just as good as the rap

A smoothie for lunch will without a doubt make you feel better then you have ever felt before. Trust me.

Vanilla yogurt and fruits is a good snack/mini dessert. Taste amazing







All of the above are great healthy dinners to stay toned.

A glass of milk is probably the best thing you could drink for dinner. It gives you vitamins and will make your bones strong


This is a very healthy/ fancy snack to munch on π

Celery, peanut better and raisins. Tastes like heaven.

Walnuts are pretty healthy as well βΊοΈ
