Physical activity such as yoga, jogging, walking, dancing, completely eases and relaxes your mind. It releases your stress and worries and it’s healthy for your body
Laugh
Laughing is really important cause it helps your soul and also your mind. It boosts your spirit and you actually get to enjoy life. Watch a tv show, movie, hang out with friends, look at old memories or other things that will for sure make you laugh. And laughing is the best calorie burner
Help someone else
Helping someone else releases stress and makes you feel a ton better about yourself. Helping others makes them feel better and makes them grateful to you and it totally boosts your confident.
Candles
Light a few good smelling candles. For example lavender or cinnamon. The sweet smell relaxes you and it makes the area your in smell amazing. You can light them up while reading a book or doing your homework, it helps making the things you do easier
Take a hot shower
Taking a hot shower opens up your pores and the steam relaxes your mind. It doesn’t have to be too hot though! Don’t dry out your skin. But the right temperature and some good soap and face cleanser helps your mind and your body
Listen to music.
Listen to whatever music that completely calms you down. Close your eyes and lay down or read a book or do an activity you love while listening to music. Everyone loves music and this is a simple way to completely enjoy yourself
