Here at some healthy recipients to stay on track 💪🏾

Sunny side up eggs or plain egg whites with sautéed asparagus, mushrooms, sweet potatoes and onions makes a great healthy breakfast.

Stuffed cucumbers make for a great snack in between meals.
Get one or two cucumbers
Cut then in half (vertical)
Scoop out the seeds or inside
Stuffing:
Cut tomatoes into small squared pieces (you'll only need one)
Add some cilantro
Onion
And some tuna (I prefer the caned tuna in water)
Enjoy!

Salmon has omega 3 fatty acids that your your body needs daily. Plus is a great source of protein. Add a side of steam asparagus and some fresh spinach. Quick and healthy easy salmon dinner!
