1 banana and 2 eggs for an AMAZING snack if you are craving some pancakes during your diet π

Fry bananas and drizzle in honey for a sweet snack π

A banana covered in low fat Greek yogurt dipped in oats or granola then frozen is delicious π

Fry up some oats and almond milk then add low fat Greek yogurt and fruit of your choice πΈπΈ

A cup of oats and 2 bananas mashed up and Some dark chocolate buttons put in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees is a real treat ! π for extra flavour add a tbsp of honey

Again with the bananas π
Freeze 2 peeled bananas in the freezer overnight then blend until thick and creamy the next day with 1/2-1 cup of almond milk ...for extra flavour add vanilla extract or another type of fruit two x after this put back in the freezer depending on how thick you want it to be

Well this is a yummy treat πΈ all you need is low fat yogurt in little circles then put in the freezer until hard then you have little buttons in whatever flavour you want π
