Healthy Spaghetti

Learn how to make my healthy spaghetti that's satisfies any age!!

Start with dicing your veggies: 1 cup red onion, green & red bell pepper, orange & yellow hot peppers

Begin to brown 2lbs of ground turkey

While the meat is browning, put some water to boil & add a large packet of whole grain wheat spaghetti noodles

Once meat is brown add in some jimmy dean sage flavor sausage (Optional)

Add all your veggies to cook down slightly

Then add in a 1/2 cup to a cup of mushrooms

You can use any sauce but this is my moms fave so it was used this night! Normally I try to find reduced sodium sauces or just make my own.

Add the sauce & let it simmer until the noddles are done & mix it together to enjoy!!
