Homemade Spinach Dip With Cheese

Mix one container of cream cheese with one container of light (5%) sour cream a long with 2 cups of sautéed spinach in butter with half a diced onion and 3 cloves of garlic minced. Grate 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and add 1/2 a cup to the cream mixture. Combined spinach and cheese mixture and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees under the cheese bubbles and browns
