How I Got My Abs Within A Week!

Through hard work determination and good food I managed to get my abs within one week! I went out for a run almost everyday and I went to the gym twice only! All the sit-ups, treadmill, rowing and cycling really worked my muscles. I also had a very healthy diet and every day I'd make carrot juice.

I would freshly make carrot and apple juice or carrot and orange. Before you work out orange juice is very helpful as it helps burn fat quicker. As is breakfast, when you have breakfast your metabolism rate gets higher meaning you burn more fat throughout the day
