First of all you need to pick a tone that fits your skin tone
Next you apply a lip liner. If you want to make your lips bigger out line, if you like the size line on the edge, and if you want them to look smaller underline. If you want a larger look use a lighter color liner, if you're okay with the size use a natural color, and if you want a smaller look use a darker color.
Top right:outline. Top left on the edge. Bottom lip: underline
When you've lined your lips fill them in with your appropriate color lipstick.
Make sure you follow your lip liner!
Next take a translucent powder and stipple it onto your lips to set your lipstick.
And you're all done!
