Realize the L E S S is M O R E. And the more makeup, and the more caked your face is, the less beautiful it is.

Remember that the point of makeup is to bring out your N A T U R A L beauty and not give you a whole new face.

W A S H your face. Stick with the N A T U R A L botanical stuff. This is what I use and it works really well. It comes with a moisturizer as well which should be used twice a day.

Ditch the makeup at least once a week. This will give your skin time to breathe and make it healthy.

Keep Chapstick everywhere! I have all over to just grab and put on where ever it is. It keeps your lips healthy and pretty, so ditch the lipstick and stick to this.

E A T H E A L T H Y. You are what you eat.
Healthy food can keep your metabolism going as well as keep you awake and energetic. A much more effective way of getting rid of the bags under your eyes.

Technology is important but it is also stressful, exhausting and many more unhealthy thing. Taking a small break (even a half an hour) really helps get rid of stress, and puts things into perspective giving you a healthy mindset to start/finish your day.
