How To Get Flawless Matte Full Lips

Apply a lip liner slightly darker than the lipstick you will be applying.
For a fuller lip look as end product go a little on to your skin at the top center of your lips where the small dip is.

Blend it slightly for a less distinct lip line.

Apply your lipstick a shade lighter than the liner. If it is a matte lipstick, make sure it blends in nicely to the liner. You may have to darken the liner. If you lipstick is not matte then continue.

For a more nude lip look, apply a fair amount of spot coverup starting from the center and sides and blend in in. For a plain matte look with a darker colour, apply a thin layer and dab it around till you get the look you like.
