How to : Get Bold, Full, & Plump lips. 💋

🌸 Appy foundation or concealer onto lips to get rid of natural pigment of your lip, which allows for a more vibrant (true to your lipstick) color.

🌸 Use a white lipliner (pencil) and feather over the contour of your lips. (only the contour, not full lips). Just the outer part of the lips, this is allowing you to make your lips appear to be fuller.

🌸 Redo the contour line of your lips (over they white line you just applied) with a lipliner that is the color of the lipstick you will be applying.

🌸 Apply lipstick (with a lip brush if you have one available to you) in a down-ward motion.. from cupids bow, to each outer corner of your lip, to the center of your lower lip. Take your time with this step, if you make a mistake applying, take a q-tip and some water (or a moisturizer) and remove.

🌸 Apply a light shade of base foundation around the new lip line you've created with a lip brush. This step isn't needed, but it allows for a more plumper look. You can skip this step if you wish to.

🌸 Apply a lipgloss of either the same color lipstick, or a clear gloss, to the top part of the Cupid's bow and the center of the bottom lip. This gives you a fuller pout.
