One way to grow long healthy hair is to drink water! Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

Another one is coconut oil. Coconut oil makes your hair strong and healthy. It also fixes damaged hair. When you buy this product make sure you apply it to your ends more than your roots. Coconut oil can also be used for acne
Don't get trims every week. Ok I know everybody heard from their friends family etc. that your hair won't grow if you don't get trims every week. Well I noticed that if u get a trim after 2 or 4 months you see a big difference

Hair masks- hair masks really help damaged hair and it help your hair grow long healthy hair

Massaging your scalp- when you massage your scalp it makes your hair relax and helps your hair cuticles relax. Do this at least for 3 minutes

Don't use very hot water- hot water can strip your hair from it's natural oils. When you wash your hair, use cold or warm water and you will see a difference

Use a wide tooth comb when hair is wet-using a comb will cause less damage than using a bristle brush

Don't use so much heat on your hair-using heat is everyone's favorite because it makes our hair look amazing but too much of it can cause breakage. If you want to curl your hair try the headband method or sock method. Also don't blow dry your hair. Towel dry your hair

Stress-stress can make your hair become gray, and it makes you have hair loss.
