The reason why I created this tip is because I'm really skinny and it sucks seeing other girls around with big boobs and butts. I wanted to be like them. Some people are lucky and some have to work for it. I have to work for it. Some people wanna change the way they look because they are not happy with it so I decided to just share with you something that worked for me.
Don't get me wrong everyone is beautiful. But not everyone is happy with the way they look. Maybe you get bullied, maybe you wanna change your body but don't know where to start. I'm here to help you. I'm not a professional trainer. I've been working out for a whoie, collected tips and tricks from people and came up with this kick ass routine.
But listen to me. It's tough, it's painful and it takes determination. I suggest you to print out an image with the look you want to achieve and work out in front of it. Motivation (the next image shows my motivation/goal) 😏

This tip will provide images of the exercises and how to do them and also a timetable for a whole month. The exercises that you will have to do are: squats, sit ups, planking, incline leg raises, chest presses and incline chest presses.


The following photos will show you the proper way to do each exercise.






When doing chest presses, you can use 2x2L milk bottles filled with water since not everyone affords or has a way of getting weights.
Fill the bottles with water until they are a bit heavier than you'd want them to be. With each day or two days, fill them up more and more.
If you don't have a bench for the incline leg raises, lay on you bed/floor/may , put your hands along your body and do normal leg raises.
Instead of chest pressed or incline chest presses, you can do the following exercise (same repeats), where you can also use milk bottles. Or you can do all 3.

This is a hard routine and I'm dead serious it hurts so much and all you wanna do is give up but just think about what you wanna look like, think about someone you wanna impress, think about something that inspires you. Also always stretch before exercising. Otherwise this might prevent your body from showing results. Hope this helped and good luck :).
