How To Lose Belly Weight

How to lose belly weight:
1. Make Detox water and drink it😋
Supplies:
• 4 cups of water (your choice of how many cups)
• a cucumber
• half a lemon
• spinach
• a pitcher
Steps:
1. Pour all your water into a pitcher (doesn't matter what temperature)
2. Cut your cucumber into bite size pieces and put into your water
3. Then cut your half lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the water (only squeeze one piece) add the other piece just into the pitcher
4. Put some spinach into ur water
5. Put the pitcher into the refrigerator overnight (or you can drink it right after)
Extra tips:
- drink 6-8 cups of water a day
- sleep for at least 8-9 hours
- exercise everyday
- take a shower right after you exercise
- drinking ice water burns more calories than room temperature water

2. 20 push ups
3. 50 squats
4. 20 sit ups
5. 50 second plank
6. 20 second plank
7. 30 second break
8. 30 minutes running on treadmill
9. 30 second break
10. 30 second plank
11. 20 sit ups
12. 10 jumping jacks
13. 5 push ups
