There is not a miracle pill that will help you to burn fat or lose weight, YOU have to start to help YOURSELF get your confidence back by keeping in mind what you want, what you are going to do about it AND GET IT DONE
Tips:
Drink lots of cold cold ice water
Drink lemon water!
Drink coffee half an hour before you workout
Burn more calories than what you consume
Drink green tea
