DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!! You probably hear this a lot but it's true. It's a great way to stay hydrated, eat less (because it helps fill you up) and helps when you work out. I recommend about 6 glasses a day. Try to get off of drinking sodas and juice unless they are mostly natural and don't have a lot of added sugar. A glass of milk is also fine and good, because you need your dairy!! Just make sure whatever your drinking is beneficial in some way if you can.

Find a work out that you like and is fit for how athletic you are. I found this one and liked it. I personally can't do the circuits 3 times in a row, so I only do them once. I do this for three weeks then increase everything by half to make sure my body is still working out. I also do the warm up it has on it because it's some good cardio!

Like I said on the previous page, I can't do them all at once. So I made a schedule for myself so I do two different ones so I allow my muscles to heal. You can make your own or use mine. This helps you work out your body in a healthy way.

As you saw on my schedule, I have running. I use an app on my iPod called nike plus. Im using the coach on it to learn to run a 5k. I'm not actually going to run a 5k but it helps me get some running in. This app also tracks how far you ran inside or outside, with or with out wifi. It also tells you your speed, time, and how many calories you burned. I honestly love it, and I hate running btw lol but it helpin me a lot. Running is also a faster way to lose weight

Your probably thinking you need to diet, but your wrong!! You can have whatever you want, just have it in moderate proportions. When you have a meal try to use a smaller plate to help prevent yourself from over eating. It also helps your mind feel like you still filled your plate! If your someone who does over eat a lot then a trick is to eat half of your food, wait an hour while drinking a glass of water, then eat the rest if your still hungry. It helps if you over eat, but if you don't then you don't need to do this. Read next page ➡️
Please make sure not to starve yourself! This is one of the worse things to do. You'll gain a lot more fat and slow your metabolism down. If you crave something make sure to allow yourself to have it, but only in a good proportion. If you don't you'll want it more and be a lot more likely to over eat it. Also eat a lot of fruit and veggies!!! I try to make sure I'm getting a lot of protein to in my diet, but that's just me.

The one thing everyone hates, the scale. Weigh yourself before you start this. It will help track how much weight to lose. Weigh yourself in the morning, because your weight changes throughout the day. I weigh myself once a week, but I would say to do it once or twice a week. Don't be discouraged about what you see on the scale. This is why your following this, so just be happy that after a while it'll go away, and muscle weighs aloooooooot.

FIND MOTIVATION!!!! The first picture is the body type I would like. On my iPod I created a workout in my photo album. I have a picture of 2 girls that I want to look like, my work out schedule, and my work outs. I also have some quotes just in my iPod because I like to look through my pictures a lot so when I read them I have a lot more motivation. If you don't check your regular photo album then I recommend putting it in your workout one.

Get 2 jars or something to put those decorative rock type things in. In one of them put your weight. I color coated mine. The purple and white is the weight I want, and the green is how much I want to lose. Together it equals my weight. Whenever I lose any pounds I put it in the emptier one. It's helping me be motivated because I want the green ones in the other lol.

Never quit, if I can do it you can. I've lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks and seem to be losing more. Remember everyone is different so go at a pace your comfortable with. And when you feel like giving up and that it's not worth it look up quotes or pictures that you want to look like and JUST KEEP GOING. I know you all can do it, and no matter what size you are your all beautiful❤️. When I lose as much as I want I'll add it to this. Hopes this helped you all!!!
