Try and use lots of pillows!! Layer them and fluff them for a comfy head rest, layer them down if you want, like this

Layering keeps a more flat pillow but still covers all your head and neck. Who needs memory foam!!

Make sure you have no crumbs or anything in your bed, that your bed is clean. This can actually really affect your sleep
