Squats are a great way for lifting and toning your bum. It also targets your thighs. Squats are one of the most effective workouts to do to tone and lift your bum. Squeeze your bum when you come up from a squat.

Lunges are very similar to squats. They do the same job targeting the thighs and bum. But, it also targets the legs.

Go jogging. It could be fun and you can run at any pace you like. It's best to get a fitness friend too. They can help and support you on the areas you want to tone up (in this cause the bottom)

Bridge exercises. They are very effective and when you go up into the position of the one in the picture, squeeze your bottom, it tones it up more quicker.

lie down and lift your legs in this position. Hold it for about 6 seconds and repeat.

If your not an outside person, why don't you simply run up and down the stairs for a limited time. It is easy and the stairs can be a great challenge.

Water is vital when toning your bottom. It really does help and having one nice cold cup of water every hour is the best to tone your bottom.

Just have Faith. Give workouts time to work and have patience. Even when things don't look like there making much difference, give it a little more time or change to a different workout.
