How to get longer and healthier hair in one-two weeks

First: get 3 tablespoons(depends on how much hair you have) of olive oil or coconut oil and heat it in the microwave for 30secs to 1min

Next: apply the oil onto your hair(roots then ends) until all your hair is covered

Then: find a place to sit or lay comfortably and set a timer for 4 minutes

After that: lean your head over for 4 minutes, this is going to push all your blood to your head to promote hair growth

Finally: slowly lift up your head and set another timer for 2 hours. After that time is up, wash out the oil with a good shampoo
Do this everyday or every other day for one or two weeks for longer and healthier hair!
