How to not crave junk food

- never be hungry
- try to fill your refrigerator with healthy stuff and throw away the junk food
- try eating healthy food all day cause then you won't want to eat junk food because you are use to healthy food
- when you really want to eat junk food just get a really small bowl or plate and fill half/full of the plate/bowl with your junk food
- never eat expired food because you can get sick, even if its healthy for you
- eat celery, it is the healthiest food i know
