Lemon Raspberry Overnight Oats Recipe! #tipit

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon curd
1/4 cup raspberries
Directions
In a small bowl, stir together the oats, sugar, yoghurt, milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
Place 1 tablespoon of lemon curd into the bottom of a jar and add half of the oat mixture on top.
Sprinkle on half of the raspberries and dollop on the other tablespoon of lemon curd.
Scoop the remaining oat mixture into the jar and top with the rest of the raspberries.
Pop the lid onto the jar and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least eight hours before eating cold.
Notes
This jar of overnight oats will keep perfectly well in the fridge for up to five days, so you can make it up well in advance.
