For centuries, lemon water has been thought of only as a weightless technique, but there are so many other benefits! The myth with lemon water is this - if you drink lemon water without any exercise, you'll lose weight. FALSE! You need to exercise to lose weight! So you can enjoy the other benefits
Without losing weight! (If that's what you want) lemon water is great for battling cancer and bad cells. Although it's an acidic drink, it neutralises the pH o our bodies and makes it's more alkali, which reduces your risk of getting terminal diseases such as cancer! Lemon water is also great for detoxifying your skin. I've only been drinking it for 3 days and already, my acne has gone. Lemon water helps with your bowels and digestion more than any other drink; it gets rid of waste material that has
