Its simple-ish! Have water.Theres myths about the 8 glasses a day being a must but although its not true, it benefits you! So carry on with your usual diet but make space for 8 glasses of water a day. Have water in the mornings and before you eat (try not to after youve eaten) bc it freezes the fats
