The idea is high intensity for 20 seconds ,rest for 10 so if it's to really work you need to give it your all !!
-20sec burpees , 10sec rest
-20sec squats ,10sec rest
-20sec jumping lunges , 10 sec rest
-20sec bicycle crunches , 10sec rest 
-repeat whole routine once more and your done 😁
