Juice up using fresh and organic (if possible) fruits and vegetables.

Tips:
Juice up your greens and only add pineapple, oranges and apples to sweeten the drink.

Enjoy the drinks and make sure to juice them fresh! Eat normal meals during breakfast and drink juices from 6pm onwards (or everytime you're hungry after 6pm)
