Just eat lemon slices! The vitamins in them will soothe morning sickness, especially if it's really bad! Or if they are too sour blend some lemon with ice and a bit of ginger ale!!! Easy on the stomach and cold foods/drinks settle down the symptoms of morning sickness!!
