Mini Chocolate Cupcakes With Ganache Recipe
Cupcakes 1 1/3 self raising flour 1 1/4 granulated sugar 1/2 cocoa powder 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 2/3 water Ganache 1/2 cup chocolate, chopped fine 1/4 cup heavy cream Topping 12 walnuts
Cupcakes Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F . Grease a mini cupcake tray Beat all of the ingredients in your mixing bowl on a low speed until combined. Then mix on high speed for a few 3-5 minutes until the mixture is pale in colour. Spoon a tablespoon of mixture into each tin. Bake 10-15 minutes. let cool 5 minutes then remove your cupcakes from the cupcake tin and rest to cool on a wire rack. Ganache To make the ganache, place chocolate in a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Immediately pour over chocolate and let sit 2 minutes.
