Mint Chip Ice Cream Soda

Start with the fancy glass of your choice. Add in 3-4 Tablespoons of peppermint syrup. You can increase or decrease this depending on how sweet you like your desserts. Add a large scoop of mint chip ice cream. Fill the glass with soda water.

Add another large scoop of ice cream on the rim of the glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with a cherry. Devour.
