My week 1 diet meal plan 😊💪

This is my 1500 calorie diet meal plan for the week. I think its extremely helpful to have a plan. makes grocery shopping alot easier & you can also prepare your meals in bulk for the week. Switch your meal plan up weekly so you dont get bored eating the same thing everyday.

drink 3 liters if water a day. this water bottle is half a liter so i would drink 6 of these. i like this water bottle because it has a layer of freezer gel around it so it keeps your water cold for a lil longer.

Breakfast : toast(multigrain bread) with 2 eggs mixed with 1/4 avocado on top.

snack between breakfast & lunch. greek yogurt,apple & a few walnuts.

lunch : grilled chicken wrap on a 100% wheat tortilla, with cottage cheese & spinach.

After my 45min-1hr workout i have smoothie. This weeks smoothie i will be using frozen mixed berries, greek yogurt & honey.

prepare a few, or even a weeks worth, of smoothies so you can easily grab one from the frig after your workout. mason jars come in great handy. i bought a pack of 12 for $10 from target.

Dinner : grilled chicken, spinach & sweet potato.

remember to prepare your meals in bulk for the week. makes life so much easier.

constantly keep in mind the body you want to help you stay focused.
