Night Time Workout

If you're like me, you may intend to work out in the morning, but it never happens! So here is a half hour, no equipment workout to end the day on a high!
- 30 Sumo squats
- 60 second sumo squat hold
- 15 leg lifts each side
- 30 lunges
- 30 crunches
- 30reverse twist crunches
- 30 bicycle crunches
- 30 bridges
- 60 second bridge hold
- Plank as long as possible
- 10 pushups
- 60 second toe touch (sat down)
- 60 second cobra pose
