Hey guys I wanted to share with you my morning and night workout routine.
Morning workout -20 jumping jacks -20 sit-ups -20 mountain climbers -20 Russian twist -10 push-ups ****STRECH
Night Wokout -30 jumping jacks -30 sit-ups -30 mountain climbers -30Russian twist -10 push-ups ****STRECH
Hope you guys might try this it's really working for me and if you try it I hope it works for you too.
