Start off with bare lips!
Start off with a tinted red lip balm of any kind!
Then take any red lipstick with a lip brush and make a line around your lips shaping then to the exact shape you want.
Take your red again and fill in the spaces where you did not fill in with red yet.
And voila! You have perfect red lips fabulous for fall and winter!
