Quick And Tasty Kale Chips. The Healthy Munchies!!!

I use organic kale but any kale will do.
Take all the stems out of the kale so what you are left with is just the leafy green.
I like to rip up the leaves into bite size pieces but that's your choice!

Put the kale leaves into a bowl and drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil on them. Massage the oil into each leaf making sure to cover each piece completely. Add a little salt to taste if you would like.

Lay the oil covered leaves onto a baking sheet. Bake the chips for 7 minutes at 350*. The time can differ depending on the oven. Then pull them out let them cool down and enjoy!
Tip: dipping then in plain yogurt is amazing!
