Raspberry Daiquiri

Raspberry Daiquiri
(Serves 1) Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries 1/2 Cup Coconut Water 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice 1 Cup Ice Cubes 2 Tsp. Stevia In The Raw or Monk Fruit In The Raw, or more to taste. 3 Tbsp. Rum
Directions: Put coconut water, stevia or monk fruit, raspberries, lime juice & rum in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds, or until everything is completely liquefied.
Add the ice to the raspberry mixture, and blend another 20-30 seconds, or until ice is ground very fine. Pour into a glass and garnish with extra frozen raspberries. Serve
