•Roasted Chicken Legs Ingredients: 6 chicken legs 1 tablespoon kosher salt (add less if desired) 2 teaspoons pepper ShopRite Imported Basting Oil
Instructions Preheat oven to 475 degrees. •Dry chicken with paper towel and set aside. In a 8×8 dish combine spices and mix together. Add enough basting oil to create a mixture that is just a little more wet than a paste.
•You want it to coat and stick to the chicken without being so wet that the herbs and spices drip of the chicken. •Roll the chicken to coat and put onto sided sheet pan. Cook in preheated oven for 40 minutes until skin is crispy and chicken is fully cooked.
•Take out of oven, let chicken rest for a few minutes and enjoy! *A small note about the chicken. The oil might smoke a little while roasting the chicken. This is normal.
