Spicy Roasted Chicken Legs
Melt 4 sticks of butter in a sauce pan.

Squeeze in the juice of 4 lemons into the saucepan, be sure to not get any seeds in the pan.

Add 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper.

One by one dunk 48 chicken legs into the pan.

Set on baking sheets and before putting the chicken in the oven drizzle the sauce over the chicken. Then half way through baking add the rest of the sauce over the legs evenly.
