Simple Delicious Chocolate Cheesecake " Ice cream Sandwiches"!!!! So Good And Portion Control!

Simply use the sandwich cookie of your choice. If you have your own no bake cheese cake recipe it will work great!

What you will need: Cupcake papers 12 sandwich cookies of your choice 4 oz cream cheese 1tb milk 2 tb chocolate syrup 2 tb sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cool whip

Simply place cupcake papers in a muffin tin. Open 12 sandwich Cookie and just leave in the delicious filling :) Put one Cooke half on bottom add cheese cake filling and top with the other cookie! Cool in fridge 30 minutes for instant gratification lol or freeze for a taste frozen treat!

Blend with a mixer on medium speed until smooth and lump free 4oz softened cream cheese 1tb milk 2 tb chocolate syrup ( optional if you prefer plain cheesecake) 2 tb sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Once blended, gently fold on 1 1/2 cups cool whip. Makes enough to fill twelve cookies.
