Okay so most of us once in our lives suffer from Sleep Deprivation, which really means a constant amount of lack of sleep. I take from experience. However some people may be suffering from this for causes that may be very simple. These top tips will help you show different methods i use myself when i am in a phase of sleep deprivation.

Ok, no one can sleep to that. 1.Active Sleeping Active sleeping is basically when you do something before bed that has an active effect. e.g. Gaming, Smoking, Drinking, Caffeine, Action/Horror films have this effect. Stop any of these half an hour before bed, get a book and just drift off! :)

2. Horlicks/Hot Milk If you don't active sleep and things just ain't working out still! Get some Horlicks or Hot/Luke warm milk before bed. You know like babies do before sleep... well your body is still like that baby. Tuck up in hot milk or horlicks and drift off slowly! :)

Okay so you've cancelled active sleeping, had some hot milk. What is stopping you! 3. Relaxation Get on youtube and play some relaxing music whilst you sleep, just to help you drift off. (4. Hypnosis) Okay so this isn't agreeable in everyones books but it worked for me. (Caution) Android/Apples etc have apps, and many contain hypno apps, (i trust the purple icon hypno apps) and play whilst you sleep.

5. Kalms Sleep Okay everyone has seen that advert where one woman is sleeping well and the blonde on pushes her partner off the bed. Well trust the other woman. This herbal natural THING works a bliss. Swallow one of these natural herbal pills with your hot milk or horlicks and you will drift off perfectly.

On a serious note. 6. Visit your GP If these tricks aren't working this could mean you have an underlying issue. Although be weary, sleeping medication pills only last for 2 weeks, after that they do not have form of effect on your body. However visiting your local GP, might be, just what you need.
