Super Delicious, Healthy Pancake Substitute

Pancakes are usually high in carbs, fat, and calories. Not to mention extremely sugary when topped with syrup. This recipe for Banana Egg Pancakes is delicious, healthy, and super quick :)
Take 3 eggs and a medium sized banana and blend them together in a food processor (it's supposed to be very liquidy, don't worry.) Agave Nectar is good for sweetening.
Melt a bit of cocunut oil (or butter, but it will change the fat and calorie level) in a frying pan and make small pancakes. Flip them when they look congealed around the edges, or just whenever you can easily get under with your spatula.
The batch will make quite a few pancakes, which is good because while delicious, they're not overly filling.
They can be topped with fruit or syrup, or really anything else you fancy!
