Banana Berry Frozen Yogurt
Super Easy Healthy Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen fruit (I typically use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, or bananas; but you can use any fruit)
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
Blend all ingredients until creamy. A food processor works best but a blender will work for most fruits. At first, the yogurt may be soft, so it may need to freeze for an hour or two.
Favorite Fruit Combos:
Banana Berry:
1 1/2 cups blueberries, 2 1/2 cups bananas
Strawberry Punch:
2 cups strawberries, 1 cup pineapple, 1 cup peach
Peach Wave:
1 1/2 cups peaches, 1 cup bananas, 1 1/2 cups pears
