The Cheapest And Efficient Body Polish Is Coffee Grounds
posted in Skin & Body on 6/6/2013

Don't use coffee grounds on bare skin, apply shower gel or soap first as a lubricant.

Coffee grounds can be a good scrub to remove dead skin cell. Leave you a soft and clean skin. I use it as my body polish twice a week, especially when I wear sunscreen on my body. Sunscreens are often too greasy to clean off by soap or shower gel.

First, apply your favorite shower gel or soap as usual. Don't wash the bubbles off.

Then put pinch of coffee grounds on your hand, and massage your body. Do NOT use coffee grounds on your face, it's too rough for delicate face skin.

Rinse off shower gel and coffee grounds. Then you get soft, clean and slippery skin.

Apply body lotion as a good finish.
