You know what THOSE are right!?
Do you also know that they're not only on your face?
Black heads can become troublesome on any part of your body.

I'm mainly focusing on inner thighs, and butt today. Don't be afraid to admit that you get zits down there from time to time. Blackheads, however, are always there and will make the appearance of zits and even boils more frequent

I don't know about you, but I don't have the patience or the time to cover my thighs and legs in a charcoal peeling strip. And the pain when you peel it off... Eugh. No.

So I've created a bath soak concoction that has so far worked for me.
I don't know how it will be on different skin types but we're gonna find that out!
My skin is sensitive, pale, easily burnt, dry, yet always prone to acne.

So! Without further ado.. Here's what you need:- HOT bath water (it will have cooled down enough when it's ready)- green clay, or fullers earth. Which is just another kinda clay, I found these at a local natural health store.- pink Himalayan rock salt OR Epsom salts- baking soda - oatmeal water (I will explain that)- honey- homogenized milk (small carton)- lavender essential oil- peppermint essential oil- tea tree and eucalyptus essential oils- matcha (regular or flavoured)- if you don't have matcha, just use 2 or 4 green tea bags
- rose water- chamomile tea bags/powder/water/paste whatever you have on hand- brown sugar - coconut oil - grapeseed or olive oil- 3 bowlsAll measurements will be on the very last page
Once your bath is at a reasonably hot temperature, for those of you who are using tea bags, throw 2-4 of green tea, and chamomile tea bags into the water and let set 10 minsWhile your waiting for that get your dry ingredients into one bowl, and wet into another. Have a smallish bowl on hand for the oils.First add the dry and stir with your hands or legs until you can barely feel salt at the bottom.
Make sure you've put all your wet ingredients together excluding the oils.
Now for the oatmeal water, take your non instant oats, and put a small amount in a cup of luke warm water, it's ready when you gently tap the cup and the water goes really murky. Now that your oatmeal water is added to your wet ingredients mix your wet ingredients into the bath.
And last is the oils.First put your coconut oil in and make sure it melts properlyNow you're going to want to mix your essential oils with a carrier oil like olive, grapeseed, almond.. Whatever you like best, throw those in.
Now you get to throw on a nice face and hair mask, and relax for at least an hour!! If you do this often enough (max twice a week) then it is well worth it I promise!!! (Check if I have any useful masks for you) It helps to use a scrub in the bath as well, and if you really wanna pamper yourself, shave in the bath then use your scrub!
Measurements -A handful of epsome or rock salts -two tablespoons baking soda- for matcha users, 1/4 cup of matcha powder, this also applies if you're using chamomile powder-1/3 cup of brown sugar-1 cup of green clay or fullers earthThose are your dry ingredients
-1/4 cup of rose water- 1 cup of oatmeal water (you can include the oatmeal but it might mess with the drains as well as make it harder to clean up)- 2 cups honey- 2 cups milk
These make your wet ingredients
- 1/2 of coconut oil - 1/4 cup of your chosen carrier oil- 5 drops of tea tree and eucalyptus essential oils
- 7 drops of peppermint essential oil- max 20 drops of lavender oil
I hope this has a positive effect!! Please let me know the outcome and if anything was too much or too little! A like is much appreciated! ❤️Follow me if you'd like more beauty secrets!! 🌺🌸🌼
