Tip 1: EXERCISE! The trick to losing weight is to exercise. the more exercise the more calories you will lose. In order to lose weight you must do at least 200 minutes of INTENSE exercise per week!

Tip 2: NO MORE SUGARY DRINKS! Sugary drinks have a ridiculous amount of calories in.. Instead you should be drinking atleast 5 glasses of water a day. This will fill you up and help you lose weight.

Tip 3: EAT HEALTHY! You should be eating 8 fruit or veg a day! It will keep you full and give you energy. Stay away from high calorie and greecy foods and if you can CUT DOWN ON CARBS! (Hard I know)

Tip 4: NO MORE SWEETS! Chocolate, biscuits and crisps are your biggest enemy! A portion of chocolate has hundreds of calories in and you may aswell give up now if you're even considering eating them!

Tip 5: THINK POSSITIVE! It may take a few weeks, months or years but if you continue to eat and drink sensibly and exercise every day then you WILL get there! DONT GIVE UP!
