Hi 😁 So basically, a lot of things can happen in a day. Let alone a week. So, we have to always indulge ourselves for every moment so that we don't easily get drown into the business of our daily lives. Here are some tips to have a better week πŸ€— Hack : In this tips, I will also add some helpful apps since we are the generation of gadgets and technologies so why not make use of the apps? 😌

#1 - During Grocery Shopping While grocery shopping, things can get a little bit tense since there are points when the milks are out of stock and there are just a lot of things to buy resulted by everyday procrastination. Solution -- Put on your headphones (just a piece in either left or right ear to remain alerted) and listen to something upbeat or calming (depending in your interest). Just in case you need it, don't be shy to mouth out the lyrics or make small dance moves and be in the situation if it keeps you happy 😊
#2 - For every single day of the week, spend some time to do simple 15 minutes (or even 7mins) exercise. Try to avoid excusing yourself from 'yourself' 😜. #4 - Days wouldn't be great without the greater nights. Thus, always have a very well-rested sleep. These things are also my daily routines and I can tell you that my life is getting better everyday and I just love how it feels to have deep sleep, healthy mind and body and also a little bit of entertainment through books, songs (recommendation: Spotify) or movies (rec: iFlix).
