Tip 1.
Eat healthy!
Eat lots of fruits and veggies! They're yummy and good for you. You can have a salad with your meal, too. You can add whatever toppings you want! You can also have a fruit salad or veggies and dip with your meal. Remember, mix it up! You can have so many healthy things, all you have to do is go to Google and search for some recipes. πππ½ππ

Tip 2.
Have lots of water!
Staying hydrated helps you stay healthy! Remember, your body needs water to survive. Drinking 6-8 oz. of water daily is very healthy. π¦
Tip 3.
Stay active!
Staying active helps you stay super healthy! There's lots of fun ways to be active! You can go outside with your friends, go on a run or a bike ride, or even shop at the mall! Just remember go outside, the fresh air is great for you. π΄πππ
Tip 4.
Take care of your body!
There are many ways to take care of your body:
β’take showers/baths daily, but you don't have to use shampoo. It's actually good for your hair! Use it sometimes, but not all the time.
β’ eat well, it'll give you energy!
β’don't just sit around... be active!
Last but not least
Tip 5.
Sleep!
Getting a good night of sleep every night will help you stay energized the next day. Also, if you don't get enough sleep, you can get sick easily.π΄
