Frosting is full of fat and cholesterol, a great replacement is frozen yogurt. Preferably homemade. 😊

Bagels: they can cause fast aging and acne problems for the skin. A great replacement are homemade muffins topped with almond butter.

Instant noodles can cause severe cancer. I recommend rarely eating this "food."

Hot dogs can cause kidney,stomach, or colorectal cancer because of the ingredients in the wiener.

Potato chips are high in sugars and sodium, when you do decide to eat them go for the organic kind they sell at Clark's.

A Starbucks coffee can be worse than a McDonald's Big Mac, they have 580 calories!!!

Microwavable popcorn: they have so many chemicals that can cause different varieties of cancer.

Reduced fat peanut butter: looks great but have so many fats and sugars.

Fast food muffins can have over 600 calories and 30 grams of fat.

Canned soup has over 750 grams of sodium!!! You might has well call it a can of salt.
